Agnes Dasewicz is Chief Investment and Program Officer at the Global Energy Alliance for People and Planet (GEAPP), where she leads efforts to mobilize capital and scale investments that expand access to clean, reliable energy in emerging markets. She brings more than two decades of experience across development finance, impact investing, private equity, and international development.

Prior to joining GEAPP, Agnes served as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Investments at the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation (DFC), where she helped drive significant growth in investments across energy, infrastructure, and nature-based solutions. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at USAID and the International Finance Corporation (IFC), co-founded the Grassroots Business Fund, and served as CEO of Small Enterprise Assistance Funds (SEAF), a pioneer in impact investing across emerging and frontier markets. Agnes helped launch Power Africa and established USAID's Office of Private Capital, advancing innovative approaches to mobilizing private investment for development. She has served on the boards of international corporations and nonprofit organizations. Agnes holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a BA in International Affairs from The George Washington University.
