For the first time, this year's report will include a forward-looking market outlook, exploring how changes in official development assistance, other public financing, and guarantees could shape the market through 2028. It will also feature a new "4Cs" risk framework, looking at i) country, ii) currency, iii) credit, and iv) climate risk and how blended finance can help address the specific risks holding back private investment.
