Bart brings a broad functional knowledge and senior management experience with a strong eye for impact, innovation, digitization and emerging markets. 25 years international finance experience in impact investing, corporate finance, venture capital, fintech, new business development and as an entrepreneur in corporate and start-up environments. He successfully developed and implemented new ventures and managed turnaround, digitization and change processes in complex multi-cultural and multi-stakeholder environments.

Bart currently works as a corporate strategy and finance advisor to venture stage impact businesses and venture funds from seed, scale-up to growth stage. Supporting successful and sustainable growth, structuring of financing solutions and channeling capital. He also acts as a strategic advisor to family offices and foundations on impact investing and as a member of Investment Committees and Supervisory Boards. Bart currently serves on the Convergence Funding Committee for the SDG Impact Finance Initiative Design Funding Window.
