[VIRTUAL] Delivering Climate Investments at scale in Developing Countries

The event aims to explore:

  • How private investors can gain better access to good quality investments in developing countries climate/net-zero objectives
  • How to enable public/philanthropic organizations to de-risk investments to mobilize private capital towards high climate impact investments in developing countries
  • Opportunities for joining forces to maximize and scale up impact

The primary objective of this event is to discuss and contribute to create actionable investment pipeline vehicles within the existing climate finance architecture towards implementing and scaling up climate action in developing countries. Parties seek to showcase, discuss and agree specific collaboration activities in 2022-23 to achieve the primary objective.

The event is intended for private investors, governments and philanthropic foundations interested in collaborating towards increased climate investments in developing countries.

The event will be dual: (i) in-person at the COP27 International Conference Centre, Nordic Pavilion, for persons have security access to the Blue Zone and (ii) virtual. Capacity at the Nordic Pavilion is 50 people.
