Victoria Sabula is the CEO at Africa Enterprise Challenge Fund (AECF), where she leads strategic efforts to achieve a prosperous and enterprising rural Africa. AECF provides catalytic funding, advisory support and market linkages to early and growth stage businesses in the Agriculture and Renewable Energy sectors across sub-Saharan Africa.

Rachna Saxena is a Partner at Dalberg Advisors, where she co-leads the firm’s Finance and Investment Practice as well as its Justice, Equity, and Economic Mobility practice.

They will be joining David Creighton, Senior Advisor, EMPEA and Founder, Cordiant Capital Inc. (Chair); Jim Bildner, CEO, Draper Richards Kaplan Foundation; Phil Bennett, Senior Advisor, Endeavor; and Will Poole, Managing Partner and Co-Founder, Capria.
