Convergence and Singapore Sustainable Finance Association (SSFA) jointly invite you to attend a virtual consultation on Convergence's upcoming report, funded by the United Nations Development Programme, entitled Strategic Framework for Blended Finance: A framework for country-level blended finance ecosystem development in South and Southeast Asia.

By breaking down the enabling environment into six interdependent pillars, the framework goes beyond principles into implementation, providing policymakers and regulators with practical tools, reform pathways, and guidance. It offers not only the “what” of blended finance, but the “how” that can empower emerging markets to advance their own sustainable development agendas, attract investment at scale, and ensure those flows are directed toward their highest national priorities.

Convergence is seeking input on the development of this framework and would be grateful for your participation.
