Join the World Association of PPP Units & Professionals (WAPPP) for a dynamic session exploring how subnational governments and entities (such as municipalities and SOEs) are leveraging blended finance to deliver community-focused infrastructure through PPPs. Building on WAPPP’s 2024 theme of small-scale PPPs and linking it to the 2025 focus on blended finance, this session will feature case studies, insights from local governments, and trends from Convergence—highlighting innovative financing models that address the unique challenges and opportunities at the subnational level.
