Julianne Wilkin joined Australian Retirement Trust, Australia’s second largest superannuation fund, in October 2024 to lead the Impact Investment strategy within the investment portfolio.
Julianne’s experience includes working on cross border transactions, establishing commercial ventures, advising real estate and asset backed finance businesses, making equity investments, managing blended finance and grant funding, and investing in venture capital businesses.
Prior to joining Australian Retirement Trust, Julianne was Head of Impact Investing for Save the Children Australia: the first charity to launch and manage a child lens, for-profit impact investment fund. She has more than 25 years’ legal and commercial experience, having spent 15+ years at Macquarie Group where her final role was as General Counsel and Global Head of Legal & Tax for Corporate Asset Finance.
Julianne began her career as a lawyer in private practice with Corrs Chambers Westgarth. Prior to joining Save the Children Australia, she was General Counsel at The Fred Hollows Foundation.
Julianne has a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce from Macquarie University.
