Shreya Mallabadi is an Intern supporting Convergence’s Asia-Pacific team. She is currently completing a Master of Public Policy at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore.
Her work focuses on the intersection of the blue economy and community-centered development, with a particular interest in how innovative financing mechanisms can better support coastal livelihoods across Asia. Prior to Convergence, she co-founded a sustainability consultancy in Singapore and has worked across public sector and international NGO initiatives, including a seaweed farming enterprise in Indonesia and the International Blue Carbon Institute at Conservation International.
Shreya is an Earthshot Prize Young Leader (2025) and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and Media Studies from the University of Western Australia.
