Maya serves as an Associate on the Training and Engagement team. Prior to joining Convergence, she was an Impact Investing Intern at Rally Assets, working to advance the flow of capital toward investments that deliver both financial returns and meaningful environmental and social outcomes. Maya also has experience working in relationship management at a fintech SaaS startup. She is passionate about building partnerships that work to advance private sector investment in emerging economies and development countries.

Maya holds a Master’s in Global Affairs from the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy at the University of Toronto, specializing in Global Capital Markets and Environmental Studies, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in International Development from McGill University.
