Sneha serves as a Senior Associate for both the Training and Member Engagement teams. Prior to Convergence, Sneha was a monitoring and evaluation researcher and project manager in East Africa, working as a multi-thematic consultant on projects in health, water and sanitation, education, livelihoods, and humanitarian relief, for clients including UNICEF, AMISOM, IOM, and numerous international development agencies. Sneha holds a master’s degree from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in Washington, DC, and a Bachelor’s in Political Science from the University of Chicago.
