As Director of Engineering, Jon manages technical strategy, roadmap, and software engineering at Convergence. He has over 15 years of software design, development, and engineering leadership experience, across various industries including healthcare, education, finance, and social. Prior to joining Convergence, Jon was Managing Director of Creative Shift Communications where he led a team working with startups and established companies to advise, assist, and establish engineering practices and create innovative software.
