Mei Ling is a Manager based in Singapore, where she plays a key role in executing Convergence's regional strategy across Asia Pacific. Her responsibilities include relationship management, capacity building, and delivering content that strengthens Convergence's presence in the region.

In close collaboration with the Senior Advisor for Asia Pacific, Mei Ling works to cultivate a strong network of stakeholders across the private, public, and philanthropic sectors. She supports the origination and execution of blended finance transactions while also driving membership growth and partnership opportunities.

With over 14 years of experience in the private sector, Mei Ling has worked across dynamic industries such as private equity, banking, and consumer goods. Her diverse front facing roles, ranging from Assistant General Manager to Portfolio Manager and Relationship Manager, have allowed her to engage directly with board members, investors, founders, and high net worth individuals.

Passionate about empowering young minds, Mei Ling has inspired hundreds of aspiring professionals as a future of work speaker. She is also an active volunteer leader and social impact advocate in non-profit sectors focused on education and youth. She mentors young people and promotes youth volunteerism.

Mei Ling holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and is a Certified Environmental, Social, and Governance Analyst (CESGA).
