Alicia leads strategic initiatives and partnerships that strengthen Convergence’s role as the world's leading expert on blended finance. She oversees the design and delivery of engagement programs, capacity-building initiatives, and market-facing activities that advance understanding of blended finance and enable impactful investment opportunities across the ecosystem. With over 15 years of experience across the financial services, media, and non-profit sectors, Alicia has worked across multiple geographies and brings deep expertise in developing collaborative platforms and accelerating knowledge-sharing among diverse stakeholders. Her portfolio includes leading capacity-building programs in partnership with UN agencies, government institutions, multilateral organizations, philanthropic foundations, corporates, and private investment firms.

Prior to Convergence, Alicia served at AVPN in Singapore, where she worked closely with organizations across the spectrum of social investment- including development agencies, philanthropic foundations, corporates, impact investors, and PE/VC funds -to advance strategic initiatives and strengthen the region’s impact ecosystem. Her expertise lies at the intersection of profit and purpose, with a strong focus on community-building, partnership development, and translating insights into action to catalyze positive impact.

Alicia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from McGill University in Canada and a Master’s degree in Strategic Studies from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) in Singapore.
