Ilsa is a Development Finance Research Associate supporting Convergence's data collection, analysis, and research activities. She is currently enrolled in a dual degree graduate program with the SciencesPo School of Public Affairs (Paris) and the Munk School of Global Affairs and Public Policy where she will earn a Master of Public Policy and a Master of Global Affairs. Ilsa is passionate about promoting sustainable and inclusive economic growth in developing contexts. Prior to joining Convergence, she worked as a Junior Policy Analyst at Indigenous Services Canada on the Residential Schools Secretariat where she assisted with implementing the Government of Canada's reconciliation agenda. She also worked with the Lands and Economic Development Directorate at Indigenous Services Canada, supporting various programs and services aimed at accelerating economic and business development among First Nation communities in British Columbia. Ilsa holds a B.A. from McGill University in International Development Studies and Political Science.
